The Moroccan government are striving for a healthy balance between domestic investment and tourism profits as part of ‘Vision 2010'.
Off the back of a very promising six months, the government have revealed ambitious plans to develop six new resorts as part of "Plan Azur," in hope to sustain tourism on the Moroccan coast. Larache, El Jadida, Agadir, Essaouria and Guelmim are set to host the resorts across the Atlantic shoreline.
Vision 2010 is aiming to bring $4.4bn worth of investment in the tourism sector increasing the number of hotel beds to 250,000.
