Cookbook author Paula Wolfert of Sonoma has won a James Beard Foundation Award for her latest book, “The Food of Morocco” (Ecco Press, 2011).
The ambitious tome, four decades in the making, is regarded as the definitive guide to Morocco's cuisine, culture and people. It took home the prize in the International category.
